Youth Programs The youth of our congregation bring energy, creativity, and aliveness of spirit to our community life.

The children gather in the church for the opening portion of the worship service, heading to their Sunday School room after the reading of the Gospel. Some choose to remain in worship, and we gladly welcome their prayers and presence. The Sunday School participants return to the church to receive communion.

Youth are welcome and encouraged to serve as acolytes, carrying the Cross or Gospel book and assisting with the preparation of the table for eucharist. The Sunday Schools hosts Coffee Hour on Mother's Day and serves the community by helping with the distribution of Christmas gifts for local families.  To learn more, click here

Other opportunities for youth include: Vacation Bible School (held in collaboration with Lexington United Methodist Church and Ave Maria Catholic Parish) and Camp Chickagami (our diocesan summer camp). To learn more about Camp Chickagami, click here
