On Friday, November 9 Lexington UMC will host Mental Health First Aid Training from 8am-5pm at Lexington United Methodist Church. Take the training so that when a mental health crisis happens, you can respond compassionately and know what resources are available. Those who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction often suffer alone. But you can be there to support your family members, friends, and neighbors.
